Hop (Creative Dance)

Our introductory creative dance class. This playful first movement session is an opportunity to be in a dance class without a carer. Left, right, top, bottom, in, out, go, stop and jump. All to a fun soundtrack.

Hip Bop (Creative Dance)

Ages 5-6 yrs.

A fun creative dance class. This session develops dancers' musicality, listening, and coordination. Young children experience dancing in a class format moving freely and with instruction.

Acro Moves

Ages 7 +

Acrobatics & and gymnastic moves for dancers.

This class is focused on improving balance, strength, and flexibility and acquiring moves and movements in isolation making this class a perfect addition for any aspiring dancer of any style.

Learn safe practice and first moves, in this fun beginner class with Bboy AJ-47, open to all ages from 5 yrs.

Breaking (breakdance: Bboying/Bgirling ) Is a hip-hop dance style originating in the mid-70s in the Bronx. Breaking teaches coordination and flexibility, encouraging dancers' individual expression. Dancers learn to improvise with skill and creativity in battles, showcases, and jams.

Develop dance technique and physical skills in a creative environment.

​

A theatrical dance class influenced by a wide range of modern dance styles and artists.  We encourage students' creative expression, with a Modern dance foundation informed by Cunningham, Graham, and Release techniques.

Adult dance

Facilitated by Galit Criden, Olly Otley and other guest dance artists, this is a community class open to everyone who wants to move, release and recharge. Expect elements of contemporary dance, somatics, a spattering of disco and heaps of joy. There is space for free movement as well as simple taught material.

Class information 

​

  • Summer term starts 12 September - 13 December 

  • We offer a single paying trial class to new students in most styles  (see drop-in-class option)

  • Fees are payable before taking the class. Most classes require a termly signup. 

  • We have a few dance styles on offer, please acquaint yourselves with them before signing up your child to a break dance class, when a creative dance would be far more suitable or vice versa.

  • Ages on classes are suggestions and we are on hand to discuss your child’s suitability.

  • Romp and Roll is an adult and child dance class, everybody is required to actively take part together, and children's behavior is the responsibility of their adult guardian. 

  • We offer sibling discounts and concessionary fees to those in need. Everybody can dance. Please email us.

  • Our professional teachers are practicing professional dance artists, who enjoy teaching children and have considerable experience in doing so.

  • All staff working at Adrenalin Dance who have contact with children and young people are required to hold a valid, clear DBS check.

  • All staff and volunteers have a strict duty never to subject a child to any form of harm or abuse. Failure to adhere to these procedures will be treated as gross misconduct.

  • Children and their parents/ carers who attend Adrenalin Dance may view our policy where appropriate and a copy will always be kept online at https://www.adrenalindance.com/safeguarding

  • Please note that on occasion due to unforeseen circumstances, our classes may be covered by guest artists, all of whom are also highly skilled, teachers.

  • Spaces are limited in all our classes, a paid booking means you have reserved a space that is nonrefundable, in case of illness we will endeavor to find another suitable date. 

  • Cancellation and Refunds. We do not refund class or term bookings once the term or class has started, we will however hold a booking for a later date. Single classes are not refundable if canceled within 48 hours, we will make an effort to find a replacement class.
