Event Ticket Policy – February 21st, 2026 By purchasing a ticket for this event, you agree to the following terms and conditions: Tickets & Entry All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated. Proof of purchase is required for entry. The event organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee whose behaviour is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful, without refund. Photo & Video Consent By attending this event, you grant permission for photographs and video recordings to be taken and used by the organisers for promotional, educational, archival, and commercial purposes across digital and print platforms, including social media and websites. No compensation will be provided. Parents or legal guardians consent on behalf of minors. Health, Safety & Liability This event involves physical activity, and participation is at your own risk. The organisers accept no responsibility for injury, loss, or damage to personal property. Qualified coaches will lead a structured warm-up during the event. However, competitors remain responsible for their own physical preparation and are strongly advised to complete additional warm-ups, stay warm between rounds, and manage their readiness before each battle. Participants should bring water and wear comfortable clothing suitable for movement. For safety reasons, no sharp or potentially hazardous objects (such as pens or keys) should be kept in pockets while dancing. By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you are physically fit to participate and voluntarily assume all risks associated with the event. Code of Conduct All attendees are expected to treat others with respect. Harassment, discrimination, violence, or unsafe behaviour will not be tolerated. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without refund. Event Changes The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the event schedule, format, judges, or line-up. In the event of cancellation, the organisers will determine whether tickets are refunded, credited, or transferred to a rescheduled date. Minors Attendees under 18 must have parental or guardian consent. The organisers are not responsible for supervision unless explicitly stated.
