Groovie Boogie is a high-energy parent & toddler dance class packed with party dances, funky follow-alongs, and disco fun from around the world.

 

From Jamiroquai to Afro House to the Cha Cha Slide, every session is a mini dance party designed to make kids (and grown-ups!) smile, sweat, and shine.

Children will not only follow along but also have the opportunity to take the lead—building confidence, rhythm, and a love of music. 🕺💃

We finish each session with a calm and cozy cool-down to leave everyone happy, relaxed, and ready for the rest of the day.
